Terms and Conditions for Renting Bouncers from Jump 'N Slide Bonaire

Welcome to Jump 'N Slide Bonaire! We are committed to making your event a memorable one with our range of inflatable bouncers and entertaining machines. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before renting from us.

1. Safety Measures: Always adhere to the safety measures indicated on the inflatables and water slides.
2. Prohibited Items: Sharp objects are not allowed on the inflatables and slides.
3. Substance Use: The use of inflatables and slides under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
4. Health Restrictions: Use of the inflatables by pregnant women, individuals with injuries, or severe physical disabilities is entirely at the risk of the individual or the person responsible for them. Jump 'N Slide Bonaire is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur under these conditions.
5. Swimwear: Swimwear is required at all times on water slides and inflatables used with water.
6. Supervision: Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times while using the inflatables and slides.
7. Damage Protocol: If any damage occurs to the inflatable, slides, or air blower, the renter must not attempt any repairs. Contact our management immediately.
8. Climbing and Hanging Restrictions: Climbing is only allowed on inflatables specifically designed as climbers. Climbing and hanging are prohibited on all other types of inflatables and slides.
9. Extra Supervision: Additional supervision is recommended for children 3 years and younger.
10. Equipment Placement: The inflatables or slides must not be moved from the position where our team set them up. Clients are not allowed to turn off or deflate the inflatable equipment without prior authorization from Jump 'n Slide. Any movement, shutdown, or tampering with the equipment without permission may result in safety issues and a penalty fee may be charged to the client.
11. Food and Drink: Food and drink are not allowed on the inflatables and slides. If we find food on the bouncer, a $100 fine will be imposed.
12. Confetti: The use of confetti on inflatables or water slides is not permitted. If confetti is used, a $100 fine will be imposed.
13. Liability for Damage: The renter acknowledges all rules and agrees to them. The renter is responsible for any damage caused by users of the inflatables and slides during their event. For minor damages, a penalty of up to $300 may be applied. For major damages that cannot be repaired, such as theft, loss due to relocation, or complete destruction, the penalty can be up to $3000.
14. Reservation Deposit: A deposit is required to reserve the inflatables and slides for the requested date. The deposit is 20% of the total rental cost. Once the contract is finalized, the deposit is non-refundable but can be used to reserve another date if needed. The total amount must be paid at least 1 week before the event; otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled.
15. Responsibility During Event: The renter is always responsible for the users during their event. Jump 'N Slide Bonaire is not liable for accidents and injuries.
16. Pick-Up Time: The agreed pick-up time cannot be changed once our team arrives for the collection.
